Description
The Chef’sChoice Model 15XV Electric Knife Sharpener works on all Asian style Knives, Asian style cleavers, serrated knives and kitchen/household knives. Advanced, flexible spring guides provide accurate control of the sharpening angle for the thickest or thinnest knife blades. Insures ultra sharp edges quickly and easily. Sharpening Stage 1: The diamond abrasives create the first facet. Use stage 1 for excessively dull or damaged knives or for maximum edge “bite”. Honing Stage 2: Finger grit diamonds create a second bevel. Use stage 2 for routine sharpening. Strop/Polishing Stage 3: Patented stage 3 stropping material creates third micro bevel and polishes to a razor-sharp edge.
